TeraCharge is a credit-card processing system for an Oracle database. It allows you to call PL/SQL routines to authorize, capture, void, and refund credit card information.
Requirements:
You must be setup as a PaymenTech merchant.
Your Oracle instance must be able to reach the internet using SSL.
You must have XMLDB installed in your database (9iR2 or later).
